Further reflections on my last report of February 12, 2025 led me to make some additional remarks on Lyndon Larouche’s investigations for an “adequate projection of the distribution of prime numbers.” An additional six pages to my first report have been included here for that purpose.

There is an innate ordering principle to numbers which Gottfried Leibniz called “preestablished harmony.”  Leibniz wrote that such harmony was created by God for a purpose that has not yet been made clear to mankind and which remains to be investigated.

There is an innate ordering principle to numbers which Gottfried Leibniz called “preestablished harmony.”  According to him, such harmony was created by God for a purpose that has not yet been made clear to mankind, and which remains to be investigated as to its purpose. Here, in substance, is what he wrote about it:

“It is good to give an example. Let us take in order the numbers: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 etc. and then their squares: 0 1 4 9 16 25 36 49 64 81 100 etc., and the differences between these squares: 1 3 5 7 9 11 13 15 17 19 etc. We find that the differences between the squares of the numbers taken in order are the odd numbers, again in order; and after having tested a long sequence of numbers, and found that this holds good, we justifiably presume that it will always continue to hold good to infinity; but we do not thereby see either the necessity or the cause of it, which depends on certain demonstrative reasons taken from the source, or a priori. Souls capable of these reasonings are called ‘minds,’ and it can be rightly said of them that they are made in the image of God, and that there is a society between God and them, so that with regard to them, God is not only what an architect is to his building, but also what a Prince is to his subjects.” [ Leibniz and the Two Sophies: The Philosophical Correspondence]

Why would such preestablished harmony exist among numbers? And what makes it necessary to have such a divine a priori ordering? Why were numbers the chosen ones to represent such a preestablished harmony? What is its purpose and what does it tell us about the lawfulness of the universe? What was God’s Intention? You may want to try to understand the following biquadratic geometrical construction and see if my hypothesis for the coincidence of opposites of Nicholas of Cusa and of the I Ching (Book of Changes) is on the right track.

As I was finishing writing my last report, LOVE OF MANKIND (AGAPË) IS THE HIGHEST GOOD, on December 23, 2024, I realized that it was only in the form of the simultaneity of temporal eternity that love of mankind (agapë) could secure human immortality; that is, the way to live in what Lyndon LaRouche identified as the time of creativity, the time of the domain of discovery of principles.

One year ago, LaRouche supporter Oscar Mauricio Valenzuela Cardenas, from Bogota, Colombia, invited me to give a Zoom class on the subject of the “Human Mind.” I was not able to accept his invitation at that time, so, I now take this opportunity to dedicate this report to his work and to his students.

The Platonic idea of “temporal eternity” raises another question besides that of how to best make use of your time, the question is: what is the geometrical process of discoveries of principle?

The current world historical period, especially since the end of World War II, can be characterized as an axiom busting period like no other in the entire history of mankind. The changes that are presently required for the entire world are so necessary and urgent that they require the majority of the world population to modify their way of thinking.

The following series of 134 reports were written with the axiomatic intention of changing the faulty principles underlying the Western ways of thinking about global world politics, art, and science; but it is not only the western world that has to change.

For the past twenty four years, I have investigated the axiomatic defects of the political world situation by applying the Lyndon LaRouche Method of Axiomatic Transformation; that is to say, a method of intervening into world affairs with the best discoveries of principle that Western as well as Eastern thinkers have conceived, in order to affect the necessary transformations that our global human society has been in need of applying during the past two thousand years.

I am honored to have been able to apply the LaRouche Method for the past 50 years for the purpose of improving the science of statecraft in North America and Western Europe; however, these reports have not circulated enough. My hope is they can also benefit Eastern Nations and the Global Majority of the South.

Thus, what is required to access immortality is the higher principle of the Peace of Westphalia, the benefit of the other.
