When is an idea valid for all of mankind? Is it when it becomes accepted by the majority of the people? No. Why? Because deductive forms of thinking based on public opinion are always false.

Similarly, the deductive thinker believes that a new scientific experiment is validated when it proves that the current scientific theory is correct. That is also wrong. In fact, a new experiment is validated only when it shows that the current scientific knowledge is false.

Contrary to all popular logic, new ideas become valid when they go against public opinion, by means of a three-step-test of truthfulness: First, when the truth of the new idea starts seeping through the fibers of society under a hidden form until its time comes to change the past; secondly, when its detractors start making up lies about it in order to hide the danger of its truthfulness; and thirdly, when its detractors finally self-destruct under the load of their own lies.

The ancient Chinese idea of self-restraint for the sake of others is about this principle of change, and that’s what is presently emerging around the planet as the new governing paradigm for the future of mankind. THE CHINESE PRINCIPLE OF SELF-RESTRAINT FOR THE SAKE OF OTHERS

Up until the 1950’s, the universe was usually assumed to be composed of ordinary physical matter. During the 1960’s plasma physicist, Hannes Alfven considered that since earlier atom-smashing experiments showed asymmetry in the production of particles and antiparticles, it were possible that the universe be composed of ambiplasma; that is, composed of matter and antimatter.

In this report, I will show how the three leading plasma physicists, Anthony Peratt, Hannes Alfven, and Kristian Birkeland have found good reasons to believe that the universe was also composed of matterofmind; that is to say, that the universe could only be understood fundamentally from the vantage point of a triply-connected scientific mind.

THE COSMIC-TRIPLE-JUMP OF THE PLASMA UNIVERSE

The irony of the present world strategic situation lies in the fact that most American leaders are incapable of understanding the way the Russians and the Chinese think about war, because all they expect from them is deception.

This report on the Russian method of Maskirovka, that is, on what became known as “deception warfare,” is intended to reveal the truth behind the surprise 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis, and show how to avoid nuclear World War III in the immediate future.

MASKIROVKA, THE BENEFIT OF THE OTHER UNDER THE GUISE OF DECEPTION

In August of 2013, Lyndon LaRouche provoked the thinking world by emphasizing the necessity of changing the past by “Walking Inside the Future.” His EIR article, titled HOW THE FUTURE BUILDS ITS PAST was for me a turning point in understanding the crucial idea of higher principles with reference to causality.

My present report is reverting back to this landmark EIR paper in order to help focus the reader’s attention on the performative intention of time reversal that Lyn formulated then, by repudiating the commonly used method of a-priori deductive clock-time forecasting. LaRouche not only replaced the old method with a new process which was capable of truly forecasting, but which was also capable of generating the future at the same time.

Cusa and Leibniz have led us to discover what lies beyond the limit of knowledge by forcing us to investigate the nature of our ignorance through hypothesizing the higher hypothesis. This investigation into the limits of our knowledge is not a futile exercise as most people would tend to believe. This investigation makes you discover all sorts of unknown, some small, some large, some more important than others, and some special sort which we did not even suspect existed.

It is the unknown of this last category which is the most important of all: The unknown of all the unknowns. Why is it so important? Because such an unsuspected unknown causes an even greater inversion in your mind than any other form of unknown can do. The discovery of an unsuspected unknown creates a new state of existence which opens the doors to the future of mankind in such a manner that it changes completely the ability of the mind to go back to the past in the usual way. It makes you go back to change the past.
